The goal of using this platform is to keep the everyday details of working with us streamlined and simple, so that you can focus your time on your nutrition!

You can access Practice Better online or download the 'Better' app to your phone.
Once you're logged in to the portal, you'll be able to schedule and reschedule appointments, message us directly, keep track of forms, and access our programs and courses. Practice Better also has an app, so you can bring it on the go on your mobile device! Download the app here.
